Ferraro on M.A. Bergeron
Maybe he's not ready to assume all the responsibility that the Oilers want when they lost Pronger, and they lost Spacek, they're asking an inexperienced Marc Andre Bergeron to run the power play, to help anchor a young defensive pair, maybe its a little much right now for Bergeron...
Um...you think?

you already know how i feel about MAB. so i really needn't comment. but i did anyways. :)
Ha ha. My feelings about Bergie remained unchanged. He's a good #6-7 defenceman who's been unfairly expected to fill a role he is unable to. Everytime Bergie makes a mistake, I can only blame the coach and or management.
Maybe MacT will finally realize this.
You know what, I actually like Bergie. Or maybe I want to like him. His game has so much potential, and if he could just put it together, he could be a top four defenseman. But, will that happen? Not under MacT.
I'm not sure I can blame MacT for this, in my opinion it was the failure of Kevin Lowe in securing a decent "puck moving defenceman" that forced MacT to try turn Bergeron into something he's obviously not.
On the other hand, Lowe secured a puck moving defenceman, who then forced Lowe to trade him away...
